I've seen it happen hundreds of times. Someone comes in for photos. We talk for a bit before the shoot. And somewhere in that conversation — without meaning to — they say something they've never said out loud before. Not because I ask the right questions. But because I see what's already there. And name what they already knew but hadn't dared to say.
The photos that come out of that are different. Not more beautiful — more true. You see who someone is, not who they think they're supposed to be.

A half day in which you see yourself as you are — not as you think you're supposed to be. We start with a conversation. You talk, I listen and ask the questions no one else asks you. Then I photograph who I see. Not who you're performing as.
What to expect:
Conversation beforehand — 30 minutes, online or by phone.
Shoot — 1 to 2 hours, at a location that suits you.
Within 48 hours, a short summary of what I saw — in my own words.
