There's a moment — usually somewhere between breakfast and the third email of the day — when you catch yourself walking past in the mirror, or in the car window. And for a second you think:

wait, is that me?

  • You have a full life. But somewhere in the middle of that full life, part of you slipped into the background. Not lost. Just out of view.

Unfold is the moment you stop walking past yourself.

  • I don't believe you need to become something. I believe you need to find something again.

  • You start with what's already there. You let go of what keeps you small. You discover who you already were — before life got this full.

Not once. Every time you need it. Because what you find here stays yours. In six months, in two years, the next time you catch yourself walking past — you'll know exactly what to do. You've done it before. The first time, you do it with me.

What to expect

  • Four phases, each with its own rhythm.

See — you look honestly at what's there right now. No judgment, no action. Just seeing.
Let go — you release what keeps you small. Not as an obligation, as a choice.
Become — you discover who you are without the noise of what you don't want.
Capture — what you've found gets a place. In words, in image, in how you move forward

  • You start with a moodboard — a first, intuitive impression of what draws you in, before you've answered a single question. At the end you look back: what still holds true, and what actually belonged to someone else.

  • Along the way, at your own pace, you work through questions and exercises that move you forward — things you already knew but had never said out loud. Every week you come together in a small, private group. I respond personally to what you share.

Unfold is made for…

  • For women who aren't looking for a new version of themselves. But for the version that was already there, before life got this full.

  • Reveal is for those who first want to feel what it's like to truly be seen. Unfold is for those who are ready to really look at themselves now — and never have to unlearn how.

  • Unfold hasn't started yet. Every round is small — a maximum of 6 women — so there's real space for each of you.
